1. We provide consulting at all levels of an organization with special emphasis on implementation of the Lean enterprise. The Lean enterprise is the entire value chain from the beginning of a process all the way through to a finished product or service.
2. We spearhead and lead the initiative, then pass the baton. Thus, your company remains a continuously improving organization long after our initial program is completed.
3. We provide mentoring of decision-makers toward self sustainability in Lean and Six Sigma implementation. This mentoring takes on two forms, one-on-one coaching and/or group training.
