A snapshot of our capabilities: An aftermarket automotive component supplier utilized Pragmatic consultants to relocate a satellite operation to China in support of their U.S. customers China operation. Services included: Securing Chinese business licenses, identifying and negotiating for suitable space, recruiting, hiring and training Chinese staff and operators, and providing start-up oversight in concert with clients technical experts.
A U.S. motor component supplier utilized Pragmatic consultants to assist
them in developing a China strategy to meet the needs of several of their U.S.
customers China operations. Services initially included the establishment of
an independent operation, but ultimately ended with a China Joint Venture.
A U.S. commercial vehicle component manufacturer needed to reduce project cost. A Pragmatic consultant identified a qualified international plastic injection mold manufacturer that produced quality molds at 50% of the U.S. cost – a savings of $500,000.00 to the client.
